• We will be adding a second DTF printer in January (The Hydra from American Print and Supply)! This will be an upgraded 9 color printer with 6 printheads that will be able to print over two times as quickly as our current printer. What does this mean for you...?
  • Expanded color gamut (CMYK+RGOG+W) that will allow more colors including pastels, neons, gold and silvers that are limited with our current setup (CMYK+W)
  • We will be closing for a week or two in January to finish our print shop expansion needed to add the new machine, install the new machine, and complete training initial setup of the new machine. We chose January to do this expansion as this is usually our slowest time of the year. Once we know the exact closure dates we will let everyone know.
  • Pending review of the film they recommend for this new machine, print margins should increase for regular DTF as they offer a wider film than our current setup. Until we test the new machine, we will not know exactly how wide it will be, but is should be around 23.5" wide which will allow a 12" and 11" to fit side by side. We will NOT be increasing our prices so this means more print area for the same price.
  • We will be using our current 4 head machine for glitter film transfers only. Printing glitter transfers currently requires a lot of clean up to resume regular DTF printing. With the purchase of our second DTF machine, it means we will be able to reduce the cost of glitter DTF as well as allow single transfer glitter prints.
  • With the increased printing speed and additional maintenance demands of adding the new DTF machine, we are adjusting our print time availabilities. Please see the following bullet point for updates to our printing availability.

• Local Pickup ASAP processing will begin at 10AM (up from 10:30AM). This will replace our 11AM pickup time which will be removed in December.
• We will no longer print on Saturdays. As business has picked up during the week, we have less and less time to create tutorials, post on social media, etc. We will be taking the weekends to perform preventative maintenance on our machines and create content to help you expand your knowledge and know how. This will also allow us to do events such as tutorials and workshops for people new to DTF.

• The print shop will be closed these days but the 24/7 Pickup Hut is still available. Please order your prints at the latest by Wednesday, November 26, 2025 by 1PM for normal processing (3PM at the latest for local late processing)
