If you use Canva to create your gang sheet or images, please make sure that your canvas size is as big or bigger than the largest print. We suggest you download it as a transparent PNG with x3.125 sizing increase to insure your prints have at least 300 DPI.

Please ensure any images uploaded to Canva to create a new image or gang sheet are at least 300 DPI at the image size needed. Exporting a low quality, imported image at 300 DPI will not increase the quality of the image.

DTF or UV DTF

We recommend high quality transparent PNGs.

• Canvas size should be the same (or bigger) than the print size needed.
• DPI (dots per inch) should be 300 or higher for optimal quality prints.

Sublimation and Vinyl

We recommend high quality PDFs. 

• Canvas size should be the same (or bigger) than the print size needed.
• DPI (dots per inch) should be 300 or higher for optimal quality prints.
• No white will be printed with these print types.

Canvas Size

If you save an image smaller than the print size needed at 300 DPI, when it is enlarged to print at a bigger size, the DPI (dots per inch) will be reduced. 

Exporting a low DPI image as a high DPI image

Because raster images are saved with pixels instead of mathematically, saving a low DPI file as a new file with 300 DPI will not make the image look better.

This normally happens when you upload an image to Canva (or other graphics program) that has a low DPI for the size you need then export it.

We recommend using our gang sheet creator to verify that individual images are print worthy at the sizing you want.

Printer maintenance issues can cause prints to be delayed until the printer is fixed. Issues are rare but can happen.

Large orders over $500 can take longer to print and may miss the scheduled delivery time.

If we think we will not be able to deliver on time, we will notify you immediately and offer a refund.
