Fulfillment Policy
All orders except custom apparel and products ship out same day if placed before 1pm and next day if placed after 1pm.
Custom apparel and products that are fully in stock ship out next day if placed before 1pm and two business days if placed after 1pm. Backordered products can take up to seven (7) days to ship.
You will receive a tracking number when your order has finished processing and is ready to ship.
If you are local to College Station, TX, we offer free local pickup. We do not have a store front so all pickups are placed in pickup lockboxes during business hours.
Our pickup hut is available 24/7. You may come at anytime after your order has been placed in a lockbox for pickup.
You will receive an email letting you know your order has been completed with the lockbox number and code for the order.
Final Sale Policy
Pixel Print Apparel is a custom print shop that makes everything to order. Due to the nature of custom orders, we can not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to client error including (but not limited to) ordering the wrong shirt, size, color, image, or placement.
If you place an order and realize you have made a mistake please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to change the order if we have not processed your order yet. Please note, once an order has been started, we can not make changes or substitutions.โ
Please make sure you are ordering the correct sizes, images, and amounts. Make sure the images submitted are either vector (preferred) or a high quality PNG. Images with a resolution of 300 DPI or higher are recommended for good quality prints.
Our customizer should warn you if you add a print in a size that do not meet the 300 DPI suggestion, however it is your responsibility to double check that the images are high quality for the size print you have selected.
Please note that instructions will come with DTF gang sheet orders, however, as heat presses can vary in pressure, temperature, and quality, we are not responsible for user error when transferring your designs.
โWe double check all DTF prints and apparel before they are shipped for error and imperfections, however in the rare case you receive something damaged or different than what is listed in your order, please contact us atย info@pixelprintapparel.com with a picture of the issue so we can remedy the issue.
